Yes, most things! To make it clear, there are still some things we do and some we don’t.

Things that improve your quality of life
We don’t do:
Anything illegal
Anything that involves harming or sabotaging others
There are also things in the middle, like getting a reservation at a hard-to-book restaurant on short notice, arranging VVIP services, or finding tickets for sold-out concerts. For things like these, we truly wish we could do them for you, but we’re not a luxury concierge with backdoor connections. We can still try our best, but that’s not always the best use of our service.

When will my request be processed?
We aim to respond same business day for typical requests. More involved requests may take longer. Requests submitted outside business hours will be addressed the next business day.

How do I pay?
We currently accept payments via WISE, PayPal, and bank transfer.

Are there additional fees?
There may be a retainer fee depends on your needs. Also, if we make payments on your behalf (e.g. reservation, product purchases), a small handling fee 5% may apply.

Do you offer in-person support?
Yes, in select cities. Onsite accompaniment (to banks, offices, real estate viewings etc.) is available for additional ticket / hourly rates.

Can I sign up before arriving (for relocation)?
Absolutely. Even before your arrival, you can subscribe and begin preparing with us (e.g. home search, orientation, shipments).
